Gemma is passionate about teaching people how to move their body correctly, and with intention. Her coaching style highlights the importance of forming mindful relationships with exercise, and nutrition. Reinforcing valuable routines and habits that will set you up for life. Gemma has her personal training certificate and Bachelor of Sport Coaching in Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition. As well as 7+ years experience within gym settings, netball coaching, exercise programming, and more recently Pilates! In her spare time she likes to walk her dog, cook family meals, get coffee with her favourite people, and play netball.

Lauren is your girl for all things nutrition related. She believes it’s possible to achieve health and fitness goals without giving up all of your favourite foods. Lauren has her personal training and nutrition coaching certifications as well as eight years of experience working in gyms, teaching group fitness and mentoring hundreds of clients with exercise and nutrition. In her spare time, she likes to play tennis with friends, make protein desserts and do reformer pilates.
